We are pleased to announce the Nubco Graduate Development Program, in partnership with the Mohammed bin Salman Foundation (MiSK), through an on-the-job training program.
About The Program:
This program aims to attract recent Saudi graduates and prepare them through an intensive journey to develop their skills and support their professional growth, preparing them for the job market with the highest professional standards.

How can I apply for the training opportunities at nupco?
You can submit your application through the Misk On-the-Job Training Program page. Upon successfully passing the assessment process and once you have been selected, you will be able to learn about and apply for nupco’s opportunities, once announced.
What is the application deadline for the program?
2026 Programs has not been announced yet.
Who is the target audience for these opportunities?
The program targets recent national graduate talent who hold a Bachelor’s degree. The program aims to qualify them through an intensive development program.
