The launch of the medical logistics center in Al-Qassim region is part of nupco’s efforts to develop its logistics services and enhance its role in supporting the national economy, These initiatives and transformations contribute to the realization of Saudi Vision 2030 in developing the healthcare sector and providing comprehensive and advanced healthcare, enhancing the Kingdom’s role as a global model for progress in the health sector.

A world Customer Experience Forum launched the Saudi Customer Experience Awards, celebrating excellence in customer experience across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The awards aim to honor professionals, government entities, and organizations that excel in the field of customer experience. The awards were inaugurated on June 12th, and the finals took place on January 17, 2024. The award ceremony was held on January 25, 2024, in Riyadh. The Saudi edition is a regional version of the original international Customer Experience Awards. Nupco received 8 awards at the Saudi Customer Experience Awards.

As a continuous of nupco’s introductory campaign for health practitioners, King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center in Riyadh is hosting today’s nupco booth to introduce its services and initiatives in the health care field under the title (Together towards a higher level of health care). The booth will continue for the next three days, to be visited by many health practitioners to know more about nupco’s services.

The booth is a part of the initiative to introduce health practitioners to nupco, which aims to strengthen the bonds between nupco and health practitioners and deliver nupco’s vision and mission.

In the annual gathering of Nupco’s partners, titled “Towards Integrated Supply Chains,” and in the presence of the Board of Directors, we reviewed our most significant achievements during the year 2023. A panel discussion was held focusing on opportunities to enhance medical supply chains and the importance of investments and collaborative efforts among possible sectors contributing to the development of an efficient and high-quality healthcare system. The session aimed to achieve the targets of Saudi Vision 2030. Eng. Saad Al-Sadhan, the Deputy Minister for Supply and Engineering Affairs at the Ministry of Health, participated in the discussion, along with Assistant Minister for Industrial Sectors at the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority, Mr. Amar Al-Taf. Also, Brigadier Mohammed Al-Zahrani, the Head of Operational Operations at the General Directorate of Health Services at the Ministry of Defense, and Mr. Sami bin Hajilan, the Deputy CEO for Development at the Local Content and Government Procurement Authority, were part of the event.
